Meet your Course Creator

I’m Annemarie, the creator of the online course "Keeping the Body in Mind" and our in-person group programs. Over the past twenty years, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply stress and trauma impact both body and mind—in my clients and in my own life.
Like many others, I once pushed through stress until it led to burnout. It was a turning point that forced me to listen to my body, understand my patterns and find sustainable ways to restore balance.
The development of our courses and programs here at am. was grounded in that experience — both clinical and personal. Our courses and group programs blend evidence-based psychology, body awareness practices, and trauma-informed, mindful movement to help you reconnect with yourself and build lasting strategies for managing stress and overwhelm.
My aim is to make complex concepts feel practical, relatable and empowering — so you can feel more at ease in your body, clearer in your mind and more supported in your daily life.
