What’s the difference between Mindful Movement and Calming Movement?
Mindful Movement blends gentle movement, breathwork, and guided meditation around themes like support, strength and trust.
Calming Movement is slower, like a Yin-style class, designed to deeply relax the nervous system and encourage rest.
What is Trauma-Informed Yoga?
Trauma-Informed Yoga focuses on creating a sense of safety, agency and choice in each session. It’s less about the poses and more about the approach — offering a space where you can reconnect with your body gently and at your own pace.
