We live such busy lives that our nervous systems are stuck in a constant state of hyperarousal — fight-or-flight mode. Slowing down feels impossible, so we push through… until it catches up with us: burnout, chronic stress, medically unexplained physical symptoms.
Regulate & Restore was developed in response to exactly this — what Annemarie saw over and over in her clinical practice, and experienced first-hand in her own journey with stress, anxiety and burnout.

What is Regulate & Restore?

A 4-week program designed to help you feel 'at home' again in mind and body. Each week, our 90-minute classes combine psychology, mindfulness, neuroscience and movement to help you understand and better manage the symptoms of stress and anxiety.
You'll learn. You'll move. You'll breathe. All in a safe, nurturing environment — and no, you don't need any yoga experience.
